• You are responsible for leading a team in the area of process and project management, cultivating a culture of continuous learning and fostering professional growth within the team
• Together with your team, you will be a key driver in the implementation and operation of an organization-wide framework for business process management
• You will oversee the further development of process and project management tools and methods in order to manage their progress and utilize new technological possibilities

• You have comprehensive expertise in process and project management in the field of digitization/technology
• You have experience in leading (project)teams, ideally in an international environment
• You have excellent communication skills and have a strong competence in stakeholder management
• You are business fluent in English and German
