For our Partner, the largest developer job platform in Europe, we are looking for an analytical Chief Revenue Officer who is responsible to scale Business Development and Customer Success.From the headquarter in berlin, you are expanding the sales and customer service teams and scaling the business model across europe.

Deine Aufgaben

• Develop and execute the company's business development roadmap
• Create new funnels and grow revenue, while ensuring sound alignment with the long-
term vision, mission and strategy
• Develop and improve the inbound and outbound sales process
• Co-develop and execute the Customer Success Management strategy
• Establish relationships with key stakeholders to drive further product adoption
• Optimize processes along the key metrics to scale up the customer operations
• Plan and co-set team targets and motivate your fellow colleagues to achieve them

Dein Profil

• Proven track record of 5+ years in strategic partnerships, operations, sales operations,
customer success, marketing or business development
• Excellent management and leadership skills and a track record of building high-
performing, agile teams
• Strong communication, relationship-building and interpersonal skills
• Ambitious and can-do attitude as well as a strategic and analytical mindset
• Desire to teach new customers and readiness to travel
• Fluent in English and German
