Deine Aufgaben

  • You acquire new customers and identify potential customers as well as market potential
  • In strong cooperation with the management and our pre-sales team you close pre-qualified leads and handle in-depth negotiations
  • You identify potential Sales Channels for CareerTeam France and evaluate them
  • You are building our cross-border, as well as relationship based sales strategy from Germany to France
  • You arrange appointments and communicate with potential customers
  • You represent CareerTeam at trade fairs and events and are responsible for the planning and execution of sales campaigns

Dein Profil

  • You have at least 5 years of professional experience, preferably in sales or marketing
  • You are able to work independently, have a high hands-on mentality and bring the drive to expand our sales channels
  • You have already worked in a digital environment and are passionate about topics related to digitization
  • You understand the needs of potential and existing customers and have a strong consulting expertise, persuasive power and a high degree of solution orientation
  • You are ready to attract potential customers for our service and to negotiate with them
  • You have fluent French, German and English spoken and written skills, as you will be in constant contact with our customers
