We are currently looking for a COO (m/f/d) for our partner Customer Alliance.
As a technology leader in Voice of the Customer, the company has developed a powerful platform that enables companies to generate, collect, track and analyze customer feedback at every stage of the customer journey!

Your tasks

  • Create growth and support the company by identifying and entering new industries and markets
  • Responsible for the Sales & Marketing, Customer Success and Customer Support teams
  • About 30 people in total with 3 team leads

Your profile

  • At least 8 years of relevant professional experience and extensive leadership experience
  • Profound experience in the SaaS B2B environment
  • Experience in scaling businesses
  • Strong presentation and communication skills
  • Fluent in English, other languages are a plus
  • Ambitious, committed and results-oriented
