Define and drive implementation of regional commercial activities and other optimization initiatives that leverage a deep understanding of the local consumer, competitive environment, and internal performance data to maximize short- and long-term financial performance.
Prepare and align regional commercial and operational performance targets across the value chain.
Steer and monitor regional performance and identify actions to ensure financial, commercial, and strategic expectations are met and/or opportunities fully captured.
Provide input to cross-regional processes, e.g., technology roadmap and assortment development, to ensure DACH specific requirements included and/or considered.
5+ years of experience in a similar role within an e-commerce organization, experience from other relevant commercial performance management roles, or other relevant experience, e.g., top-tier management consulting.
Proven ability to achieve financial and strategic objectives within a B2C retail business. B2C e-commerce experience especially meriting.
Outstanding business acumen, problem solving, and analytical skills with the ability to identify opportunities and actions based on analytical insights.
Proven drive and ability to define and prioritize own agenda as well as multi-tasking and stakeholder management.
Strong mastery of the Office-package and in particular Excel.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Strong proficiency in the German language a plus.
Swedish or German work permit is a must.
