CareerTeam supports and advises Provinzial NordWest in setting up andsafe - the digital insurance start-up with a history

Like many other service industries, more and more insurance companies are venturing into the digital world. Policyholders have long been accustomed to digital offers and services and therefore have corresponding expectations of their insurance company - which is why Provinzial NordWest decided to found the insurance start-up "andsafe". This combines new technologies with personal and sensitive data. Together with the frequent reservations about digitalisation in Germany, this poses a particular challenge for Provinzial NordWest and andsafe.
Objective of the project
With andsafe, Provinzial NordWest becomes the first online provider of public liability insurance for tradespeople. Provinzial NordWest is creating a unique selling position in the insurance market by providing affordable and convenient access to business liability insurance. The independent and fully digital corporate brand is intended to strengthen customer confidence in digital insurance business models.
Together with CareerTeam, the personnel development of andsafe is to be realised in the form of 14 specialist and management positions. Along the entire hierarchical structure, CareerTeam, together with sister companies of the CareerTeam Group, recruits specialists and managers who are important for the launch and the company's activities in the early phase. CareerTeam also provided advice on employee benefits, salary structures and corporate culture. The biggest challenge for the project was identified as being the Münster location, the absolutely necessary digital background and the start-up spirit of the target persons.

Einmal mehr erwiesen sich sowohl die konstruktive Partnerschaft mit den Schwesterfirmen der CareerTeam Group, als auch der datengetriebene Ansatz im Zusammenhang mit einem großangelegten, strategischen Projekt als äußerst vorteilhaft. So konnte die Provinzial NordWest trotz der höchst unterschiedlichen Stellenprofile den Suchauftrag in Gänze an CareerTeam geben. Als Teil der Full-Service-Agentur CareerTeam Group kann man den Clients die Ergebnisse aus einer Hand liefern. Die Standortproblematik wurde, wie auch in anderen vergleichbaren Fällen, mithilfe intelligenter Suchalgorithmen gelöst. Auf diese Weise konnten zahlreiche Talente gefunden werden, die in der Region Münster leben oder in der Vergangenheit Bezug dorthin hatten. Darüber hinaus half CareerTeams Input bezüglich möglicher Benefits und sonstiger Konditionen dabei, skeptische Candidates von einem Engagement zu überzeugen.
